I teach machines to say "I don't know."

Who am I?

Originally from Kolkata, I studied physics at Asutosh College and started my career as a Data Analyst at Wipro, working on US Medicare and Medicaid data. Today I'm the CTO of WriterMinds and a Subject Matter Expert in Data & AI at Multiversity Group, and I spend my evenings building AI tools in public.

I'm a strong believer in checking my work. In healthcare data, every number had to be traced back to its source before it reached a report, and I build AI the same way: every answer should show the page where it came from.

I love teaching and I believe if I can't explain it simply, I don't understand it well enough.

Things I've built

Live, open source, and measured. Start with the HR assistant: it's running right now.

How my assistant thinks

Three panels, no jargon.

How many sick days do I get?
1. Someone asks. The assistant searches every policy at once.
Leave Policy, p.2 12 days. Here's the exact page!
2. It only answers from what it found, and shows you where.
And the dress code? Not in the policies. I won't guess. ? ?
3. When the answer isn't there, it says so. No made-up policy.

Have documents people keep asking about?

Tell me what they are and who asks. I'll reply with how an AI assistant would work on them, and how we'd measure that it works.
